I worked with the Hooper Street team for a client in the East Bay. After the challenges of CV19, return to work changes, etc., and the immense time and energy placed into the project, the client canceled. Jeremy and his team were completely professional, understanding with the update. It’s my first time printing in this shop I didn’t know what to do so I wrote a request. A guy called me this morning and told me all the details I need to go print in Arc near my school. Thank you so much Ed Worcester. I had great experience in the print shop too. The printing quality is very nice.
Talk about getting taken care of. Short notice, color, 100 pages, whatever my printing needs, Anthony and Arc Solutions has me covered. Today, I needed structural plans within the hour and he had them ready in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
This week was my first time visiting ARC. I had a tricky image issue to resolve and then printing and laminating. Anthony was so professional, attentive and a true-problem solver. He took the time with me and this project to yield amazing results. I'll be back again and again now that I know I can trust him and get my work done on time and looking great!
I have used ARC services many locations. Part of the reason is they are consistently conscientious about the product they put out. The folks at the San Fran Jackson Street facility did not disappoint! I was being fairly demanding in several rapid fire plotting/printing/mounting requests within the span of two days, and they not only kept up, they delivered to my work place on time, or earlier than expected, and everything looked amazing! THANK YOU JACKSON STREET ARC for making me look good. You all rock!
Anthony is extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me print last minute booth supplies. I can’t recommend him and his company highly enough as they helped me out of a jam and made me look good. When my company’s one-pagers and posters were delayed in the mail, I called ARC and was clearly stressed. Anthony calmly explained what he could handle, how I could get the files over to him, and ensured I left with exactly what I needed to WOW my bosses and save the day. Thank you Anthony!! I’ll be back if I ever need printing in SF again :)
