I wanted to thank David for being so quick to respond, and reliable on his arrival time and getting the plotter up in running so smoothly. Great customer service and friendly service is hard to come by these days so hats off to David for restoring our faith.
I had a wonderful experience working with ARC's team on the machine exchange. Especially Lola Lim, whom we coordinated with , she is super professional and friendly. She confirmed every details prior to the installation and diligently followed up.
I just wanted to thank Freddie for sending Saul to us to help us with this issue. It turned out to be a highly frustrating and complicated issue that involved multiple teams within ARC and Xantrion and his assistance on site working with Xantrion today has made the difference. We appear to be functional at this point but will monitor things in the coming days. Thanks to Saul we can now utilize our scanning and our printer. We are very grateful to be up and running again.
