What a gem! I had a WWII scrapbook that needed to be scanned but it is an odd size, 12"x14". I took it in and Marco carefully looked it over before committing to scanning it, photographs and all. He gave it the careful handling it needed and the result exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much ARC!

I had some important documents that I printed the wrong version of. Scrambling for a solution I came across ARC l and Marco was able to help me out. I sent over the correct documents and in minutes Marco had the xerox fired up and ready to print. This was my first ever visit to ARC document solutions in San Ramon, CA for architectural drawing scanning work. Marco Ortiz was there at the store who assisted me. He was very busy at that moment but still offered to help right away with a big smile on his face and supper polite attitude. Usually any person when by themself at any busy business location is stressed and loose temper if a customer is pushy but this gentleman was super friendly and very professional. He went above and beyond to deliver. I must say people like him makes your day. Keep up the good work Marco, I hope your business grows multiple folds each day.
