Very difficult time trying to get information over the phone about a potential project. I inquired about digital printing capabilities and timing. The salesman said I was trying to tell him how to do his job but I was just collecting information for planning purposes and running possible scenarios. He said he didn't care if we decided to work with them or not and hung up. In 30+ years in the business, I've never had this experience with a printer.
