I never do this but I have been in buisness 27 years and I am constantly suprised with the service in your Spartanburg branch. Maybe because I live in Charleston and work in Raliegh and Charlotte regularly I have gotten used to waiting on my documents over any resonable time it should take, my instructions not read or misunderstood by the person prodcing my copies...except in Spartanburg because I started a comercial roofing buisness with a partner in Spartanburg and he sent me to Arcs shop to get some plans and specs and I still wait to get things printed when I am up this way.Kevin Walker never misses anything and I wouldnt use anyone else if the service was free. Unreal how that guy gets your work back to you in hours not days. I dont ever remember a single time he has taken more than 6 hours to get my plans back or made any mistakes on what I wanted. Well done guys AWESOME SERVICE>
